I have been a massage therapist since 2005, I have always loved working with pregnancy clients. After having my daughter in 2016 I decided to become a birth doula which has given me firsthand experience with birth in both hospital and home birth settings.

A Birth Doula is support for the mother in labor and their partner. This support is physical, emotional, encouraging and tough love when needed. My role is different with every family based on their own needs.
